Happy February. A lot of people have been asking “are we in housing bubble“? In this update I address where the market is right now in regards to rates and also what market experts say we can expect in the coming year.
Also, for my topic this month I address mortgage insurance. This is a topic that there are a lot of misconceptions around and can be seen in a negative light BUT mortgage insurance allows a lot of people the opportunity to get into homes that might not otherwise. It is important to understand what it is, the different types and if potentially now is the right time for you to look into removing it.
