MortgageOne Inc. is licensed for consumer mortgage lending in 41 states and Washington, DC. Chris Lamm is individually licensed in 19 states. Business-purpose and investor loans (including DSCR) are available in 40+ states.Consumer licensing and business-purpose lending follow different rules. A company footprint does not mean every originator or every product is available in every state.

State-required notices
Oregon applicants: Residential mortgage loan servicers are regulated by the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation. To file a complaint, call 866-814-9710 or visit dfr.oregon.gov.
Texas applicants: Consumers wishing to file a complaint against a company or a residential mortgage loan originator should complete and send a complaint form to the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, 2601 North Lamar, Suite 201, Austin, Texas 78705. Complaint forms and instructions are available at sml.texas.gov. A toll-free consumer hotline is available at 1-877-276-5550. The Department maintains a recovery fund for certain actual out-of-pocket damages caused by licensed residential mortgage loan originators. A written application must be filed with and investigated by the Department before payment. See the Department website for details.
Illinois applicants: The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation evaluates our performance in meeting community financial service needs, including low-to-moderate income households, and considers that performance in certain applications. You may obtain a copy of the evaluation or submit signed written comments to the Department. See 205 ILCS 735/35-20.
