November 2019 - Set your Intention - What are your goals for next year?

Thanksgiving is almost here and I just wanted to say THANKS to all of you. As this year is quickly coming to an end I also wanted to share with you a few things that have made such an impact on my life.

Every October and November we set goals, not just business goals but personal goals too. The first step in creating these goals is to figure out where you are now. What are the different areas in your life that need improvement or growth? When looking at these areas we focus on 7: Work, Money, Love Life, Family, Spirituality, Friends, and Self. After reviewing each area we rate them from one to ten.

We use the wheel of life to mark how we rate in each category. Start in the center and count out the dashes towards each area of life and mark out the dash that corresponds to the rating.  Hopefully after connecting our dots on the form it actually looks somewhat round. If our wheel is not round we know what needs improvement.

Last, we complete the “Where will you be?” form. Visualize what you want to achieve and change. Be sure to set goals for this next year that are specific, measurable, and timely. It is so important to narrow in on exactly what you want to achieve in order for you to actually reach that goal. If you have any questions please let me know and I hope you have the best year you ever had in 2020.
