🤔 Will Interest Rates Go Down?

Interest rates have gone up to their highest point in the last six months. This goes to show how durable and stubborn the housing market is. However, even with rates in 6’s and 7’s, the value of homes continue to rise steadily. Because inflation is tied to interest rates, we are hoping to see rates drop as inflation decreases.

🏠First Time Buyer Opportunities

This month, we are excited about a new product that can provide assistance to individuals facing difficulties in buying a home right now. The product offers secure loans that enable buyers to enter the housing market, even as rental prices continue to rise. It serves as a solution for those with limited savings or who don’t have the required 20% for a down payment. With this product, we aim to help more people achieve their dream of homeownership.
